IDS
Last year’s use of this blog has faded, and, as I step into a new school year and, with it, a new course, I find myself feeling somewhat detached from this online space. The Foundations of Inquiry course I took last year, which required my continual digital progress documentation, has come to an end, and I have begun a new journey. Reaching forward, I discover that a new blog dedicated to my current specific area of study has enabled me to express my findings for an Independent Directed Studies (IDS) course. I call it HealthyEating, and the magic begins with the click of a button…right…here.
My Independent Directed Studies (IDS) course is all about Foods and Nutrition. I will be looking into different lifestyle diets – raw vegan, vegan, and gluten-free – and exploring health benefits of specific foods. I will also be testing a variety of recipes and posting my findings on my blog, healthingeating.inquiryhub.org. In addition, I plan to investigate the reasons people choose different diets for their lives, such as vegetarianism, and hope to help others learn more about what they can do to improve their own health. I’ve already learned a lot but I know there’s so much more to learn, and I’m excited to be taking this journey and discovering the great impact food has on our lives!
My wish is that readers will benefit from my findings and find the right health path for their lives. I hope you’ll take some time to check out my blog and begin your personal journey to a healthy, vibrant lifestyle!
